Who this is for (please only apply if you meet all criteria):
- Recently hired in a junior/graduate role (graduated within the last 3 years)
- Previously an international student at an Australian university
- Currently working in a business or tech-related role

Qualification interview 1: Background, Motivation & Commitment
To understand your background, personal journey, and motivation to mentor.
We will also discuss your availability and commitment.

Qualification interview 2: Mentor Capability & Value Creation
To assess your ability to think strategically and coach effectively.
We also evaluate how you create real outcomes for mentees.

Offer
Congratulations, you have officially passed our qualification process.
You are ready to be a Headstart Mentor.
