Method: compiled from the full APSCo Australia member directory, Staffing Industry Analysts revenue rankings and 20+ sector-specific sources. Every website returned a live response in July 2026, and ambiguous domains were matched to the right company by page title. Defunct brands (Greythorn and Finite, both absorbed into Experis) and dead or parked domains were excluded, as were medical-only agencies.
This is the established, findable layer of the market. Thousands of one-person agencies hold labour hire licences with no meaningful web presence.
